i am so very excited for tiny showcase tonight! they are featuring one of my very favorite artists 1911. 1911's work is so beautifully dark and has little bits of wit and wryness to it. sometimes it's in the title, sometimes not. just an example, check out her 'self potrait' below. so good. i personally think dessa is a genius. no lie. get your finger ready for 7 o'clock e.s.t. this print is going to go fast, it's beautiful. i purposely did not add an image of the actual print as i did not want to spoil the treat. but it's out there!
