this coming tuesday, kareena zerefos will have her first solo show in sydney, australia at mtv's gallery. this show will focus on themes of isolation and escapism through the imagination of children. works will include twenty five framed pieces in different mediums, as well as a group of sketches on pianola scrolls. if you're like me and can't make it to down under, you can check out her relatively newly updated website where you will find a blog, her illustrations, and a store among other things, like an adorable photo of how cute she is! i wrote a previous post on kareena, there you'll find a link to an interview kareena did on We Are The Image Makers.
