Man, I don't know what we ever did with out the intrawebs. I love that I can check out work online from gallery's openings/shows I have no way of getting to due to the time space continuum. Joshua Liner Gallery recently posted pics on flickr from Aiko's solo show Love Monster that opened last Saturday. I'm a huge fan of FAILE and Aiko and it's rad to see these pics. I've posted some of my favorites, you can see more on the gallery's flickr page. Check out the video below...It's rad to hear Aiko talk about her process, she is so calm and centered. (it's also sweet to see how big those canvases are!) It makes me smile to hear that she calls herself a Love Monster. I'm totally gonna bite that and call all my loved ones that. Her creativity is super inspiring.
