New Work: Kris Chau.

Whenever I have any kind of exchange with Kris Chau it always ends with me laughing or smiling. Her ability to have fun with everything she touches is so refreshing. Take the description of one of her more recent paintings as an example, Neverminds: "Whimsical Sassy Funtimes with Puppies and Hoisery." Sounds like a barrel of fun to me!

Kris has been busy at the old drawing table and recently stocked her store full of new work. She sent the blog a bunch of images to share with us. I am loving her focus on lingerie. Those voluptuous legs with the balloons are looking pretty sweet too! Kris' wispy, inked, loverly drawings are always delightful. And on a Monday Spring morning even more so.
