Studio Visit: Paul Wackers.

Opening this weekend at New Image Art in LA is It Takes Two To Make An Accident with Paul Wackers and Sean Cassidy. I got to hang out with Paul this week before he drove down to LA for the show. A big thanks to Paul because all of his paintings were wrapped, packed and ready to go and he was gracious and kind enough to open each one for me to take photos of. It was really nice to get to see each one individually and spend some time with Paul. If you are in LA make sure you stop by the show on Saturday night, each piece is a gem in person.

Sketch Tuesdays.

Last night I stopped by 111 Minna to say hi to peeps and check out the monthly Sketch Tuesdays. A bunch of artists were in a attendance, lots of drawings and lots of laughs were to be had!

This May, street artist Above will be showing at White Walls for his first gallery show, ever! I'm stoked to see his work contained within four walls for the first time. Transitions is looking like it's shaping up to be super tight. I can't help but be mesmerized by the sneak peek on White Walls flickr page. Bay area artist and friend Liam Devowski just launched his sweatshirt/t-shirt line, Teenagers in Love. A vintage inspired "California casual clothing line", I am so excited to get my hands on one.
