...and we're back!

Hey! I just wanted to pop in and say hello! And let you guys know, that after a good long break I'll be back on January 3rd, 2011. It was really nice to take a minute and focus on other things, the hiatus served its purpose for sure. I have gotten a full time job that I am pretty excited about so I won't be posting as much as I did pre-hiatus. Things will be a bit different. I'll still be focusing on art and creative stuffs, but you'll probably see other things I am interested in too...like music, fashion, the odd cat meme, you know stuff that inspires and makes us laugh. Plus, blogging was getting to be really intense for me and felt like a chore. Which besides just not being fun, I can't nor want to keep that up anymore. After all it's a new year and time to try something new. ;)

So, hopefully I will see you guys back here in the new year, with a little bit of a new look on the site. In the meantime, I want to share my studio visit I did with the awesome Jovi Schnell (below). She is so great and wonderful. I couldn't let this year close with out posting it here. All of her new work is so beautiful that even though I posted it on tumblr & facebook...I have to share it here. It's too good not to. Plus it seems like such a positive way to end this year. <3

Glad you will be returning soon but good to hear you are looking after yourself too! Congrats on the new job. Have a wonderful holiday season and enjoy your R&R time : )
