Bailarinas, Miss Van's solo show opened last night at Jonathan Levine in NYC. As she promised, Miss Van sent over images to share with us of her studio and the show getting hung. Her signature poupées are dressed in tutus with their bee stung lips and bedroom eyes covered slyly by animal masks - looking as cute and sexy as ever.
Miss Van will also be signing her book "Twinkles" at Cotton Candy Machine on Saturday, May 28th from 7pm - 9pm.
Bailarinas runs through June 25, 2011 at Jonathan Levine Gallery. Also on show is Mars-1 in Gallery II and Gaia in the Project room.
i am totally obsessed with all of these.

Ahhh, sadly, no. It was in a small gallery (Galerie Magda Danysz), so I probably could have, but didn't.
