This week's podcast I sit down with artist and illustrator, Lisa Congdon. Even though Lisa is a good friend, it was great to sit down with her and hear her story. We talk about her life as an artist, how she got where she is and her current show Boreas, that is up right now at Gallery Hijinks through July 30th.
A cheat sheet to go along with a few of our references:
Gallery Hijinks - Lisa’s gallery. Also they have a great roster and always have really inspiring shows.
Heima - Sigur Rós documentary.
Schmancy - store and gallery Lisa first showed with.

You can see a recent studio visit I did with Lisa the day we recorded the podcast here.
You can listen to the podcast below ***Although there seems to be some sort of glitch & I am on a higher speed in the intro. :( Can't figure out what is wrong, so I suggest listening in iTunes. Less Alvin & the Chipmunks:
Or you can go to iTunes and listen to it there, it should be up by midday Monday. Also, thanks to all those who downloaded and subscribed, the podcast made it into the top ten of the Top Visual Art Podcasts (number 9 5!). Yay! So thank you! I've got a bunch of great interviews coming up, so stay tuned. Literally.
