Ana Benaroya recently animated fashion photographs in the online mag 160g magazine. Pamela Reed and Matthew Radar shot the images. They're divine. I wish I had the patience (ie: time) to sort out the gifs so they stay animated...alas, I don't. See the images in action here. They're wonderful and inspiring you'll be happy you clicked.
Damien Weighill just completed his first animated video, co-directed with Steven Wake for Giggle Party's song Jason Bought a Hatchet. BE WARNED...it's NOT for the faint of heart and probs NSFW. But if you don't shudder easily it's pretty hilarious and catchy. Damien said they made sure to cover all the Rock n' Roll cliches: dancing robots, decapitation, Mother Teresa, unicorns, pirates, Hitler and Sir Trevor McDonald.
Just got the word form Rinee Shah, one half of Church and Steak, that their animated video for Benoît Pioulard just posted. It's a beaut, for sure. The song is super dreamy too, it totally pulls at my heart strings. Stay tuned for some more animation on the blog from Mrs. Shah in the next coming days.
