I'll take both of these banners from Secret Holiday aka Ashley Anna Brown thank you very much. Everyone needs a little encouragement, and if you can help support an artist and get that at the same time, well then - I am sold. ;)

Well, it looks like even though we got about a week of summer here in the bay area that fall has finally arrived. It's been super crisp here and the light of the sun has been gorgeous. I don't know who doesn't love fall. All the cozy accessories, colored tights, comfy sweaters...oh I could go on and on.
I just received my nantucket cowl last week from the stylish, handmade accessory designer and doyenne, Yokoo. It couldn't have come at a better time. The yarn has a beautiful nubby, texture flecked with oatmeal and darker colors. It's soft and fits just right. Plus it's surprisingly versatile for this foggy city. This is my second Yokoo piece. It definitley will not be my last.

I'm loving all the offerings in Allyson Mellberg-Taylor's etsy store. I'd take any and all of her hankerchiefs made from home made natural dyes, paper cut-outs placed in vintage frames, and little stuffed cuteness. It's fall already and lord knows I need a cute new pin for my winter coat. ;)
New to Allyson's work? Check out my most recent post of her show at Cinder's An Unearthly Child, which opened the beginning of the month.

I am a sucker for a tote bag. They multiply in my closet, I swear to god. Irana Douer just released three new, cute as a button little totes with KOM. These little guys are hand printed and eco-friendly (no bleach or toxins used) on 100% cotton. You can find them in Irana's etsy shop. They'll move quick I bet.
