Cristina Toro.

In my travels through the internet yesterday I came upon Cristina Toro's magnificently colored acrylic paintings at Mountain Fold Gallery. Her use of colorful, repetition in her work reminds me of handmade quilts. Sadly her two person show with Rebeca Raney, Love-Lies-Green closed a few weeks ago. Another sad pants fact is Cristina doesn't seem to have a presence online. Ahhh, well. I'll keep you posted if I find out anymore news.
