Preview: Elbow-Toe Collage.

I'm excited to share this collage piece, Bears with you from friend of the blog, Elbow-Toe. He has kept his collage work pretty close to his chest, so it's exciting to be able to share it with you here. Yes, that's right the above image is collage. Anyone who knows Elbow-Toe knows how meticulous and thorough he is when it comes to what ever he decides to take on within his work. When he first started sharing his collages with me last year I was absolutely floored by the shear volume of the detail. Just incredible.

Bears will be on show in Shred, a collage-based show curated by Carlo McCormick, senior editor of Paper Magazine at Perry Rubenstein Gallery. Shred opens July 1 and runs through August 27th.
