These photographs make so happy! Caleb Neelon's Signs and Symbols mural project for the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston closes on September 6th. Here are some awesome pics of the little artists at their opening. Totally warm fuzzie inducing! See more on Caleb's blog. All photos courtesy of Nick Ryan.
Here is the original post when Caleb started the project.

Krsitin Farr posted this pic on Facebook (yes, I just typed that out loud) and I smiled as soon as I saw it and yelled yes! Actually I just posted 'yessss!', but you're picking up what I'm putting down. Anything that brightens up the world has to be shared. See more of Kristin's colorful world on her site.

The Eyes Have It.
Allyson Mellberg-Taylor is getting ready for her upcoming show at Cinders Gallery, An Unearthly Child which opens September 10th. Allyson sent me so many awesome images it was so hard to choose what to share. All of Allyson's work is made with egg tempera and homemade ink on paper. Oh and an interesting tid-bit: the name of the show, An Unearthly Child is named after the very first episode of Dr. Who in 1963. Killer.
Saver.
Parasite Planet.
Dough Pot.
Reefer.

I wanted to share this print I FINALLY just received from Amy Sol, who sent it to me waaaaay back in April. I guess it decided to take a little trip, as it didn't arrive to my Boston address til July. Ah well, better late than never...and I am so delighted Amy was so thoughtful and gave it to me. There are only three of these prints, so I feel pretty lucky. Thanks Amy!
