I recently stumbled onto Andrew Abbott's work through a press release from Bambi Gallery, as he'll be showing in their project room this coming Thursday. Andrew has been all over the place and then some, starting out in Nova Scotia and touching down in Nigeria, Jamaica, Puerto Rico and North Carolina. He's had a lot of expereinces and hopes to have many more. It's clear this painter loves life. I picked more than a few of my faves from his website that you see here.
Scratched and Dented opens this Thursday with a reception to follow on Friday night at Bambi Gallery. It runs through August 29th.
